Order Cancellation

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

If your order has already been dispatched before we receive your withdrawal, you will be responsible for returning the items and all associated costs, including return shipping. Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to return the items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic sticker intact and all tags attached.

We will process your return within 14 days of receiving your items, or instantly if your order has not yet been dispatched. Original shipping will be refunded, however return shipping and any import duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

For customers outside of the EU, if you wish to enquire about the possibility of cancelling your order please contact us. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the usual return protocol, however if your order has not been dispatched we will cancel it for you and refund you in full.
