You've got up to 14 days to try your items in your home, under your lights and in front of your mirror. If it doesn't fit? Return full-priced items for a refund, we've got you covered.

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days after receiving your order to lodge your return and post your items back to us.

Only items returned within this timeframe and in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with hygienic sticker intact and all tags attached will be accepted.

Please note:

• Shipping fees, import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• Store credits are valid for 3 years and will be sent via email, please check your junk box if you do not receive the email.
• To return your order we will provide a return label however it is at the expense of the customer.
• If you opt for an exchange we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you. However any return costs are at the expense of the customer.
• Unfortunately we can not process style exchanges. If your size is not in stock when your return is processed you may select a refund or store credit instead.
• Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and approving your returned items.
• Refunds will be issued by the same method in which the item was paid for and can take up to 10 business days to show on your account.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Returns can be made through our Try Before You Buy partner's portal. You will receive access to this via email after you've placed your order.

After you've lodged your return request a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing the order.

If you return all items from the order, a $10 fee will be applied, otherwise returns are free.

FAULTY ITEMS

If for some reason your item is faulty, Form and Fold will cover all costs of returning the item and will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund for the item if the item cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, or if required by law. Please contact info@formandfold.com to arrange for return of a faulty item.

RETURN TO SENDER

If your order is returned to sender you will be refunded minus any original shipping fees and the following return to sender fee:

AU: $10 AUD
NZ: $20 NZD
US: $35 USD
UK: £20 GBP
Rest of world: $20 USD
