You have 14 days after receiving your order to lodge your return and post your items back to us.

Only items returned within this timeframe and in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with hygienic sticker intact and all tags attached will be accepted.

Please note:

Store credits are valid for 3 years.

If you opt for an exchange we will cover the cost of
sending the replacement item to you, but the return is at your expense.

Unfortunately we can not process style exchanges. If your size is not in stock when your return is processed you may select a refund or store credit instead.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and approving your returned items.

Refunds will be issued by the same method in which the item was paid for and can take up to 10 business days to show on your account.

Store credits will be sent via email, please check your junk box if you do not receive the email.

If for some reason your item is faulty, Form and Fold will cover all costs of returning the item and will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund for the item if the item cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, or if required by law. Please contact info@formandfold.com to arrange for return of a faulty item.

If your order is returned to sender you will be refunded minus any original shipping fees and the following return to sender fee:

NZ: $35 NZD
US: $20 USD
UK: £15 GBP
Rest of world: $20 USD
