Please note:

• Shipping fees, import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• Store credits are valid for 3 years and will be sent via email, please check your junk box if you do not receive the email.
• To return your order we will provide a discounted return label when you lodge your return however it is at the expense of the customer. AU & NZ customers who have paid for for free returns at checkout will receive a free label.
• If you opt for an exchange we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you. However any return costs are at the expense of the customer, unless you have purchased free returns (AU only).
• Unfortunately we can not process style exchanges. If your size is not in stock when your return is processed you may select a refund or store credit instead.
• Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and approving your returned items.
• Refunds will be issued by the same method in which the item was paid for and can take up to 10 business days to show on your account.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@formandfold.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g. a letter sent by email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to return the items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic sticker intact and all tags attached. Return shipping is at your expense.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items, or within 14 days of you providing evidence of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If for some reason your item is faulty, Form and Fold will cover all costs of returning the item and will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund for the item if the item cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, or if required by law. Please contact info@formandfold.com to arrange for return of a faulty item.

If your order is returned to sender you will be refunded minus any original shipping fees and the following return to sender fee:
