Our Collection 04 partnership with Sydney artist Kathryn Dolby was driven by our shared love for rich, organic brushstrokes and an intuitive exploration of colour.
Inspired by emotional and physical landscapes that are deeply immersed in Kathryn's transition into and through motherhood, the K. Dolby print speaks to both our appreciation of the email form and the incredible natural world in which our swimwear is worn.
H. Nowlan
For Collection 02 we teamed up with Melbourne artist Hannah Nowlan, a collaboration that evolved instinctively from a shared exploration of curves in an abstract and unconventional way.
The soft rhythms and fluidity of the print mimic a contemporary tone of camouflage with a palette that is earthy and grounding. As the rich tones gently wrap around the body flowing with the curves o the female figure, Nowlan wanted to close the gulf between how we feel and how we look, encouraging us to emrace the relief of feeling confident and comfortable in our own skin.
S. Chirnside
Connected by a mutual appreciation for the line between fluidity and linearity, our first print collaboration was with Melbourne based artist Sam Chirnside. Chirnside’s work mixes the natural elements with spiritual phenomena that aims to delve beyond the edges of consciousness.
