How do I find the right size?

If you are unsure of your size, we always recommend getting in touch with our team of Fit Specialists to chat through an online fitting to confirm your size. We'd also recommend trying our Fit Quiz!

Is your swim true to size?

Our construction is based off lingerie measurements, so there won’t be any surprises, it fits true to size. So, we recommend purchasing the size of your most comfortable bra for the right fit.

Will I be the same size in one pieces as tops?

Our one pieces are best fitted to the body first and then adjusted according to your bra size. So, if your dress size is bigger or smaller than your bra band size you can use the 'sister size' rule to find your fit. Learn more about sister sizing here.

Which style is right for my bust?

Each of our core styles are strategically designed to lift, shape and support the bust in a different way.
While most of our styles can be worn by all women, there are some which may work better than others depending on the woman’s breast shape and position and the kind of shaping they’re after. Our Fit Quiz formulates a style guide based on your bust, we also recommend reaching out to our team of Fit Specialists to chat through an online fitting and find the perfect style for you!

How do I care for my Form and Fold Swim?

Form and Fold pieces are made with love, and when cared for correctly should last years.


We recommend the following method to care for your swimwear:
Rinse after chlorine and hand wash cold, dry flat in shade.
Wash with similar colours, avoid contact with other colours when wet.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces.

Will my Form and Fold Swim stretch over time?

We use premium fabric so our fabric is of the highest quality and will stretch less than any other on the market. In saying that, all swimwear fabric will grows in water and stretches over time, it's the nature of it. Given the quality of our fabric it should only slightly stretch over time, however we have accounted for this already by designing our garments to fit firm.

Is the fabric see-through?

All of our swimwear is lined, however on some wearers, our Bone colourway can be slightly sheer due to the lighter colour of the fabric.

Do you restock items?

We restock our core Black styles each season, our seasonal colours are limited edition and will not be restocked. If we have sold out of your size in your preferred colour, we'd recommend checking out our stockists as they may have your size available!

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12pm AEST weekdays will be dispatched the same day or within 24 hours after 12pm, except during peak periods.

Will I incur duties & taxes?

As orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse you may incur customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees. We do not cover these charges and are not liable for any fees incurred.

Orders and Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, we can arrange a return to sender for you for a small fee. Send us an email at info@formandfold.com with your order number in the subject and we can arrange this for you!

How do I lodge a return?

You can lodge a return via our portal here. Make sure you have your order number and email address that you used to place the order.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Form and Fold only covers the cost of return shipping for an exchange. For all other returns you can purchase a return label using our Australia Post/DHL rates when you lodge your return.

I purchased a return label and haven't received it

Have you checked your promotions/junk/spam folder? If it's not there, head back to our returns portal and re-enter your order number and email to make sure your return was successfully lodged. If you're still having issues, send us an email at info@formandfold.com and we can sort this out for you!

I'm having issues lodging my return
